He has been in the car business since 1967, and has been in management since 1987. Rick has experience working in many aspects of body work, including tech and paint. Rick began his career in the car business at the age of 16 painting cars and worked his way up to General Manager.
Rick has been a member of the Continental Automotive Group since 2002 and enjoys working with this company and its family atmosphere. He also appreciates how they care for their employees and customers. Cars are a passion of his and he is delighted to get to work with them daily!

Silvestre is one of the more dynamic technicians in the detail department. After winning the 1976 Pan-American Spelling Bee at the age of eleven, Silvo had a few bright years doing spots for Japanese day-time television. With deregulation in Uruguay, his family’s chocolate cookie empire crumbled in the late 1980’s, and Silvestre fell on some lean times. He moved to Austin from Lillehammer, France, at the Winter Solstice, 1997. He has been performing ‘Bye Bye Miss American Pie’ at company picnics since 2006.

Uri was born in Ukraine and moved to Austin in 2001. He prefers to keep to himself and listen to his music while he works. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as well as hiking.

Jose has been in Austin since 2009 and really enjoys it here. He’s been in the automotive industry for over 8 years, and he originally went into the parts side of this world. Jose likes target practice via shooting guns in his spare time, and admits, it’s an expensive hobby, but so worth it. Someday, Jose would love to go to London to sightsee there, and also to go to Alaska to see the Northern Lights.

Art has been in the Austin area since 1980. Yep, he likes it here. He has over 30 years in automotive, and has been with CCC since 1999. Art says he can get a little crazy sometimes, but he’s happy. In his free time, he loves to go on walks and visit parks with his granddaughter.

Originally from South Texas, Art came to Austin in February 2015 in search of more, and better, job opportunities. Art has a wife and son that he loves to spend time with, especially when they go outdoors to hike! He also enjoys road biking, and on October 1, 2016, Art did a 2 day bike ride from San Antonio to New Bruanfels for MS Awareness. He rode an impressive 70 miles on Saturday and another 40 miles on Sunday – all for a good cause!

Roy is enjoying the good country living out in Elgin. Years ago, Roy decided to get into the auto world thanks to his brother who became an auto mechanic. When asked about how he feels about getting to be a part of CCC, he replied that he “loves this place.” When Roy is away from work, he helps his daughter, Sierra, raise special show rabbits for 4H. Roy is looking forward to retirement someday down the line.

Patrick is a family man with a wife and 4 kids. He was born and raised in Illinois but came to Austin when he was only 18 years of age. He became interested in auto body repair and painting at the early age of 16 when he went to work for a body shop and started learning everything he could about the business. After he moved to Texas he worked for several body shops before we were fortunate enough to hire him at the Continental Collision Center. He was always aware of our great reputation and knew it was the place for him when he had acquired enough knowledge and experience to finally apply. Since he has been here he loves it and we love having him as part of our family. When not working and spending time with his family he really enjoys riding his motorcycle on road trips through the beautiful winding roads of the Hill Country.

Danielle relocated to Austin from SoCal in 2010. She has been married since 2000, and her husband is an automotive repair technician who specializes in high end vehicle repair. They have three great kids: A son who is 20, and has somewhat followed in his dad’s footsteps, but prefers the cleaner side of the business, so he works as a service advisor in the auto industry and is happily making his own way in life. A daughter, 16, who is super artistically talented, and loves music and make-up as every other teenage girl. And a second daughter, 14, who is thee jokester of their family. She has a heart of gold, and plays softball for her high school and is also on a select team outside of school, so she keeps them busy all year long! Danielle loves the HALOS and the Green Bay Packers, but not as much as she loves spending time with her family! A bucket list item of hers is to attend at least one Packers game at Lambeau Field: Go-Pack-Go!

Christian recently moved to Austin, Texas from Brownsville, Texas to make a better life for his wife and two children. The Valley was great but decided central Texas had more opportunity to make a better living. Christian is a simple man that doesn’t have many luxuries, but he does really enjoy playing video games and watching sports on TV or in person. While in his early high school days he dropped out of school to pursue other activities; but, then decided to return to set an example for others that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. He then excelled in Mathematics, Social Studies and Science and graduated high in his class.

Cesar was born and raised in Austin, and graduated from high school right down the road at McCallum! His co-workers call him “a loveable guy,” and they mean it. Cesar radiates goodness. He likes to spend his free time hanging out with his family. They enjoy going to parks, and making special trips to the trampoline parks, for his daughter to enjoy. Cesar was lucky enough to pass down his amazing naturally long eyelashes to his daughter, as well. Someday, he would like to visit Euorpe, especially Italy, in hopes of getting to see all of the interesting architecture there.

Josh was born and raised here in Texas. Which is almost difficult to believe if you talk to him about sports… He is a Boston fan for every sport except for football, which in that case, his loyalty lies with the Cowboys. Josh and his wife have a happy little baby boy who just seems to keep growing. Outside of work, Josh likes listening to country music, fishing, cooking and grilling, and playing softball on the weekends.

Dan came to Austin in January of 2014 from California. He enjoys a lot of sports and his main teams are: The Dodgers, The Lakers, and The NY Giants. Dan also really likes traveling, and has been all over Europe, and explored around the Marshall Islands (about 500 miles from Guam). He is very happily married as of October 2015, with quite a fun wedding in Vegas! They also have an adorable Boxer named Max. Previously, Dan was an insurance adjuster, and now he has been enjoying working for the Collision Center.

CJ was pretty much born in a collision repair shop. Growing up in Indiana, his grandfather and an uncle both owned their own shops where he spent most of his spare time. He began in the Austin market in the late 90’s starting as a parts receiver and working his way up to shop manager. CJ is very happy to be working with CAG because of the great benefits of a large corporation yet it still has that “mom & pop” feel.

Lonnie was born in the beautiful hill country town of Llano, Texas. This fact helps us understand why he loves the outdoors and spending time hunting wild game. His favorite food is Bar-B-Que and the meat he really enjoys cooking is the game that he has brought home from his most recent hunt. His love for the outdoors inspires him to work diligently in his yard to have it perfectly manicured for all to see. Someday he would like to take his family on vacation in Rome. He is very proud and thankful that God has blessed him with a wonderful wife and son, which is evident by all the family pictures that decorate his office. Edward grew up in Highland Park, IL and moved to Austin in 1985 after having visited it here, and deciding to stay! He’s been in the automotive industry since he was 17 years old, and has been into paint and body work, trade school, and later became an estimator in 2000. One of Edward’s favorite things to do when he’s not working is to scuba dive! He’s been to Cozumel, Monterey Bay, Lake Michigan, Lake Travis, Reveille Peak Ranch, and is always in search of more great places to dive. Apart from scuba diving, Edward also enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, their dogs, and racing around with RC cars!

Kyle grew up outside of Eureka in Northern California, then lived in the Phoenix Metro area while attending UTI, and then finally settled here in Austin. Kyle enjoys spending time riding sport motorcycles, being outdoors with his awesome rescue pup, a Rotty mix, Holmes, and going to craft breweries. He is always in search of the best beers of the season! Kyle also enjoys the live music scene of Austin, and can be found enjoying rock concerts. Amadeo, who more commonly goes by Mayo (like Cinco de Mayo – not mayo that you put on a sandwich), will very interestingly have been in Austin for 20 years on May 5, 2017! Mayo had been a painter for a long time before giving it a rest to help out on the prep work side of painting. He knows how beneficial it is to any painter, to have a good prepper on their team. Away from work at CCC, Mayo does lots of housework and works on his old cars to keep them nice. Mayo can’t wait for when he retires. He’ll be ready to go travel around all over Colorado for his first stop – awesome countrysides, beautiful landscapes, and perfect weather.

Juventino ``Juvie`` Sarellano

Juvie has been living the Austin life since 2000. He’s been a part of the auto world for over 20 years, and doesn’t see himself leaving it anytime soon. A big part of Juvie’s life has been his horses. Juvie has raised Quarter horses for as long as he can remember. He currently has three Quarter horses, and partakes in Charrerias or, Mexican rodeos! One of his horses is a beautiful and healthy, shiny coated, black Quarter horse, and a sweet baby Quarter horse named Diamond thanks to a perfect Diamond “star” marking on the horses’ head. When he’s not with his horses or at work, Juvie likes dancing and enjoying Banda and Country music.

After spending his entire life in Southern Illinois, Jason and his parents moved to Austin in 1986. He has worked in body shops for over 20 years, and enjoys what he does. Jason has 3 kids, ages 22, 11, and 5, plus 1 grand baby! Jason and his family’s new hobby of taking their camper out on the road has been an awesome experience. Last month, they took it to the coast, and have plans to take it to Big Bend and some other places, closer to Austin. Jason simply loves life, and he lives it!

He is very proud to be a good father to his children and can often be found lingering in the candy isle at the store, wondering what kind of chocolate to pick up next. It’s not a surprise that Victor loves traveling back to Peru to visit. Have you seen the beaches? Stunning! Although Peru is an amazing place to visit, Victor hopes to eventually start traveling around Europe. Belgium is the chocolate capital of the world after all.
